What is "OneOne Deals"?

OneOne Deals offers an exciting reverse bidding system where the lowest unique bid wins. Participants may use OneOne Coin (OOC) to bid on the trendiest items like Labubu, securing them at unbeatable prices.

What is "Lowest Unique Bid"?

The lowest unique bid refers to the lowest bid placed by only ONE user. For example,

In this case, 10 OOC will be the lowest unique bid. The goal is to have the lowest bid that remains unmatched by any other user at the end of the deal.

Who is eligible to participate?

Any OneOne User with sufficient OOC in their wallet balance is eligible to participate. OneOne Deals is open to users from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Philippines.

How to bid?

Select the Item > Agree to our Terms and Conditions > Click on "Bid Now" > Enter your Bid Amount in OOC

*Minimum Bid: 1.00 OOC

*Maximum Bid: Subject to Available Wallet Balance

Can I submit multiple bids?

Yes, you can place multiple bids on the same item. However, the entry fee for each bid is non-refundable, unless your bid is deemed not unique upon submission.

How much does it cost to bid?

Entry fee for each bid is 2 OOC.

What happens to my OOC upon placing a bid?

When you place a bid, the non-refundable entry fee is deducted whereas the highest bid amount you submit is earmarked (temporarily held) in your wallet.

Can I cancel a bid?

No, bids cannot be canceled once submitted. Please review your bid amount carefully before submitting.

How do I know my bid is unique?

    • Lowest: Lowest and Unique Bid

    • Unique: Unique bid but not the Lowest

    • Outbid: Non-Unique

  1. Email Notification

    • Receive an email alert when your bid is outbid.

How are winners notified?

Winners announcement will be made on our Instagram story (@oneone.games).

Winner will be contacted Directly via Email

  • Item shipping arrangements

  • Shipping costs borne by OneOne

  • Duty/import charges or additional costs are the responsibility of the winner and will not be covered by OneOne.

If the winner fails to confirm and respond within 48 hours, they will be disqualified, and the item will be re-listed in the next session.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • Participants must register for a OneOne account or have an existing OneOne account.

    • The campaign is open to residents of Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines, subject to local laws and taxes.

    • Participants must have sufficient balance in their OneOne Coin (OOC) wallet to participate in the bidding. 

  1. Campaign Mechanics

    2.1 Overview:

    • This game uses a reverse bidding mechanism.

    • Users input the amount of OOC they are willing to pay for the item.

    • The system identifies unique inputs and automatically eliminates duplicated amounts.

    • The lowest unique bid will win the promoted item at the end of the competition.

    • Example: If three users bid 5 OOC, two bids 7 OOC, and one bids 12 OOC, the user who bids 12 OOC wins, as 12 OOC bid is the lowest unique bid.

    2.2 Bidding Rules:

    • Each bid requires a non-refundable entry fee of 2 OOC, which will be deducted automatically from your OOC wallet.

    • There are no limits as to the amount of bids submitted by the User.

    • All bids must fall within the minimum bid and available wallet balance. If the bidding amount does not meet the specified range, the bid will be rejected.

    • Bids that are not unique will not win.

    • If no unique bid is submitted for the item promoted, the same item will be used in the next session.

    2.3 Game Sessions:

    • Competition period will run according to the published schedule on OneOne's Website and Social Media page.

    2.4. Bid Refunds and Amount Holding:

    • Holding of Bid Amounts

      • When a user submits multiple bids, the highest bid amount from their submissions will be temporarily placed on hold in their OOC wallet.

      • At the end of the deal duration:

        • If the user does not win, the held amount will be released back to their wallet.

        • If the user wins, the lowest unique bid amount will be deducted, and the remaining held amount will be released. 

    • Non-Unique Bids

      • Refunds for Non-Unique Submissions:

        • If a submitted bid is determined to be not unique upon submission, 1 OOC will be refunded immediately to the bidder's wallet.

        • Users will be notified if they're outbid through:

          (a) Status on Bidding Page

          • Lowest: Lowest and Unique Bid

          • Unique: Unique Bid but not the Lowest 

          • Outbid: Non-Unique

          (b) Email Notifications

          • No Refund for Outbid Bids:

            • If a submitted bid was initially unique but later becomes outbid during the competition period (i.e., it is no longer the lowest unique bid due to new bids), the entry fee will not be refunded.

            • The user will be informed of the outbid status via:

              • Status on Bidding page

                • Lowest: Lowest and Unique Bid

                • Unique: Unique Bid but not the Lowest 

                • Outbid: Non-Unique

              • Email Notifications

  2. Prizes and Shipping

    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

    • Winners will receive the deal item, as stated on the product page.

    • The winner will be notified via email, and delivery details must be submitted by the winner within 48 hours of notification.

    • Shipping costs will be borne by OneOne.

    • Any duty/import charges incurred by the destination country or additional costs will not be covered by OneOne and are the responsibility of the winner.

    • If the winner fails to respond within the given timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

  3. Bidding Platform

    • Bids can only be placed on OneOne's website via PC or mobile browser.

    • Participants must ensure they have sufficient OOC in their wallets before placing bids.

    • The platform will notify participants if their bid is no longer unique through:

      • Status on Bidding Page

        • Lowest: Lowest and Unique Bid

        • Unique: Unique Bid but not the Lowest 

        • Outbid: Non-Unique

      • Email Notifications 

  1. Conduct and Limitations

    • Participants must not attempt to manipulate or exploit the game competition system (e.g., using automated bots or fraudulent accounts).

    • Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in the user being disqualified and banned from future campaigns on OneOne.

    • OneOne reserves the right to disqualify bids that violate local regulations or our rules and terms and conditions. OneOne decision on this matter is final and binding on all Users.  

  2. Campaign Cancellation and Modifications

    • OneOne reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

    • In the event of technical issues or disputes, OneOne's decision will be final and binding on all Users. 

  3. Liability

    • OneOne will not be liable for:

      • Any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition.

      • Delays in shipping caused by external factors (e.g., customs or courier delays). 

      • Any taxes due to the tax authority on the winner’s winning item(s). 

  4. Privacy

    • By participating in this competition, you agree and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by OneOne or its affiliates and may be used for OneOne or its affiliate promotional purpose.

    • Personal data will be handled in accordance with OneOne's Privacy Policy. 

  5. Dispute Resolution

    • In case of disputes, participants may contact OneOne's customer service on WhatsApp at +60 13-612 2100.

    • All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the law of Singapore.
