    2.1 All Users to take note for the redemption cumulative limits and discounts as it is subject to the User's type of account as set out below:

    2.2 Any User who wishes to use the Service shall ensure they have sufficient OOC in their Account, failing which, the redemption may not be successful. OOC used for redeeming the Service will be deducted from the User's Account balance immediately upon confirmation of redemption on this Platform.

    2.3 Oneverse reserves the right to change the monthly cumulative redemption limit at its discretion. Please refer to our FAQ for the latest updates on the redemption limits.

    2.4 Oneverse may be suspended, modified, or terminated the Services at any time without prior notice.

  3. Redemption Process

    3.1 The OneOne Credit (OOC) pricing for the Services will be displayed during the redemption process and is subject to change without prior notice.

    3.2 Users agrees that the redemption Services requested are final and cannot be reversed or refunded once the User has confirmed and requested for the redemption.

    3.3 Once the TNG Reload PIN is  issued to the User by Oneverse,  it is the User’s responsibility to keep the reload PIN safe and Oneverse will not replace any lost Reload PIN.

    3.4 The redemptions Options which are available for the Users are:

    3.4.1 Redemption for Own Use:

    (a) Users may redeem a TnG eWallet Reload PIN for their personal use.

    (b) Users may retrieve the Reload PIN from "View Redemption History" page on this Platform.

    (c) Users are responsible for securely storing the reload PIN and using it before the expiration date.

  4. Reload PIN Usage

    4.1 The Service is subject to the Touch 'n Go eWallet Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with TNG's rules, including but not limited to:

    (a) Monthly Reload Limit: If a User's TnG eWallet account has exceeded the monthly reload limit set by TNG, the reload PIN will not be accepted, and the User will not be able to top up their eWallet. Users agrees that Oneverse will not be able to reverse the redemption to OOC for redemption made.

    (b) Account Verification: Users must ensure their TNG eWallet account is fully verified and in good standing to use the Service.

    (c) Expiry Date: Redemption must be used before their expiration date set by OneOne, as indicated at the time of redemption.

    (d) Single Use: Each reload PIN can only be used once. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused or transferred to another account.

    4.2 Users shall be solely responsible for ensuring they meet all TNG requirements before attempting to use the utilise Oneverse’s Service. Oneverse shall not liable for any issues arising from the User's failure to comply with TNG's Terms and Conditions.

  5. User's Responsibilities

    5.1 Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during redemption (e.g., email address or phone number).

    5.2 Users must not share or transfer their reload PIN with any third parties.

    5.3 Users must ensure their TNG accounts allows for reload pin usage per TNG’s eWallet Terms and Conditions.

  6. Fraud Prevention

    6.1 Oneverse reserves the right to monitor transactions for suspicious activity.

    6.2 All OneOne accounts involved in fraudulent activities may be suspended or permanently banned.

  7. Cancellation and Refund

    7.1 Users acknowledge and agrees that all redemption are cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    7.2 The Service is available for redemption on OneOne's website. Refund or cancellation requests due to PIN expiry will not be accepted.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    8.1 Oneverse is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect use of reload PIN or unauthorized access to User’s account.

  9. Changes to Terms

    9.1 Oneverse reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

    9.2 Any changes to the Terms will be communicated through the OneOne. Please note that there are scams messages being sent all the time. If you are unsure, please do not click on the link and you may contact us to verify information.

    9.3 User’s continued use of the Service after notification of changes to the Terms constitutes User’s acceptance of the updated Terms.
