CoffeeBot - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions for the CoffeeBot Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use and access of the Platform (defined below) and participating in the CoffeeBot x OneOne campaign (“CoffeeBot Campaign”).

The following Terms and Conditions form an agreement between Oneverse Pte Ltd and you, or the entity you represent, and contain the terms and conditions. You and Oneverse are each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties” to this Terms and Conditions.

While Oneverse will be available to assist you in registering for an OneOne account, Oneverse will not be responsible in any way for loss resulting from actions taken by, or omitted by you.

Oneverse may change this Terms and Conditions by giving you three (3) days’ prior written notice by way of publication on this Platform. Oneverse will consider and deem that you have accepted the proposed changes if you do not terminate by giving Oneverse written notice during the notice period or the continue usage of the Platform after the notice period. Oneverse may also make some changes immediately, without prior notice, if Oneverse are required by the law or if it relates to the addition of a new service or extra functionality of the Platform and do not affect the specific terms of use on the Platform.

As further described herein, by accessing, registering and participating in the CoffeeBot Campaign, and to the extent permitted by law, you agree to not hold Oneverse, CoffeeBot or its respective past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, equity holders, suppliers, vendors, service providers, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors and/or designees liable for any Losses or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from, or in any way connected, to accessing, registering and participating in the CoffeeBot Campiagn, including Losses associated with this Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge, understand and agree that:-

  1. You are subject to and bound by the Agreement, this Terms and Conditions, ToU of OOC by virtue of purchasing the OOC, and ToU of OOU by virtue of acquiring OOU; and
  2. Oneverse reserves the right to refuse or cancel your account and participation to the CoffeeBot Campiagn at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Please do not proceed with the participation of the CoffeeBot Campaign if you do not accept any of the Terms and Conditions. The CoffeeBot Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, organised or associated with the game publishers on the Platform.


1. DEFINITION

  1. In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:

    Term Meaning
    Account means your OneOne Account duly registered on this Platform to facilitate your access, use of the Services, and participate in the CoffeeBot Campaign available on this Platform;
    Agreement means OneOne General Terms and Condition;
    Associated Parties means subsidiaries, associate, affiliate of Oneverse;
    Campaign Period means the CoffeeBot Campaign beginning on 17 November 2025 ad ending on 31 December 2025;
    CoffeeBot Means CoffeeBot Holding Sdn Bhd;
    Intellectual Property means all copyright, patents, utility innovations, Trade Marks and service marks, geographical indications, domain names, layout design rights, registered designs, design rights, database rights, trade or business names, rights protecting trade secrets and confidential information, rights protecting goodwill and reputation, and all other similar or corresponding proprietary rights and all applications for the same, whether presently existing or created in the future, anywhere in the world, whether registered or not, and all benefits, privileges, rights to sue, recover damages and obtain relief or other remedies for any past, current or future infringement, misappropriation or violation of any of the foregoing rights.
    Items means the OOC, goods and Services listed by Oneverse for sale on the Platform;
    Losses means all penalties, losses, settlement sums, costs (including legal fees and expenses on a solicitor-client basis), charges, expenses, actions, proceedings, claims, demands, and other liabilities, whether foreseeable or not.
    OneOne Credit or OOC means the electronic credit value purchased by you and made available on your Basic Account or Pro Account;
    Oneverse, We, Us or Our means Oneverse Pte Ltd, the developer and Intellectual Property rights owner of the Platform
    Platform https://games.oneone.com, OneOne App (Android & iOS) and such other web platform of OneOne administered and managed by Oneverse;
    Parties means collectively, Oneverse and you;
    Participant Means the individual who has an Account and participates in the CoffeeBot Campaign;
    Party means either you or us;
    Services means the services provided this Platform including, without limitation, offering for sale, selling, reselling and retailing virtual digital credits for games, Virtual Items and related merchandises, games publishing, online marketplace for sale of Items, OOC, OOU and other services which may be introduced by Oneverse.
    CoffeeBot Campaign means the CoffeeBot Campaign designed to reward OneOne and CoffeeBot users through a multi-tier reward system and giveaway in accordance to this Terms and Condition.
    Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used and displayed on the Platform.
    You, your, yourself means the user of the Platform and also the OOC holder.
    Your Credentials means all your personal details including email and mobile number in order for Oneverse to set up an Account for you in order for you to be able to access, use or acquire OOC on the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  1. CoffeeBot Campaign is open all Account users residing in Malaysia only.
  2. The Participant must be 18 years and above at the time the Participant participates in the CoffeeBot Campaign. If the Participant is under the age of 18, the consent of their guardian should be obtained by the Participant to participate in the CoffeeBot Campaign.
  3. The following persons are not eligible to take part in the CoffeeBot Campaign:
    1. Permanent and/or contract employees of Oneverse and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and
    2. Affiliate, partners, promotion agents and vendors who are directly involved with the CoffeeBot Campaign.
  4. The CoffeeBot Campaign rewards are offered on a first-come-first served basis and is subject to availability. Once it is fully claimed, the CoffeeBot Campaign will end prior to the Campaign Period.
  5. An Account user may only participate using your own Account. Any attempt to bypass this rule, including creation of multiple accounts or the use of fraudulent methods, may result in disqualification, revocation of the reward or Account suspension.
  6. Successful Participant is a user who scans the designated Coffeebot Campaign QR code, purchase the beverage, completes the redemption process through the Platform, and receives confirmation of reward eligibility within the Campaign Period.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

  1. The CoffeeBot Campaign campaign period runs from 17 November 2025 12:00PM (GMT+8) to 31 December 2025, 11:59PM (GMT+8) (the “Campaign Period”).
  2. The decision of who the winners are, are binding and you agree and acknowledge that you will not challenge the decision of Oneverse or CoffeeBot.

4. COFFEEBOT CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

  1. Three-Tier Reward System

    1. The CoffeeBot Campaign has a three (3) tier reward system. The tier and rewards are set out in the table below:

      2. Ragnarok Twilight Beginner's Pack (Item Code will be provided, please copy and paste in the game)

      (c) Hoof Bread x10
      (d) Beast Paw Bread x10
      (e) 100 Blue Diamonds x1       		Unlocks upon scanning the campaign QR code at any participating CoffeeBot machine.
      Tier 2 1. 40% Discount on any CoffeeBot Beverage (Scan QR Code on CoffeeBot vending machine)
      2. 8 OOC (Credited to Account of Participant)       		Unlocks the following calendar day after Tier 1 is claimed
      Tier 3 1. 60% Discount on any CoffeeBot Beverage (Scan QR Code on CoffeeBot vending machine)
      2. 10 OOC (Credited to Account of Participant)       		Unlocks the following calendar day after Tier 2 is claimed
    2. To claim the next tier, Participant must return to any participating CoffeeBot vending machine and re-scan the Campaign QR code on the CoffeeBot vending machine the next day.

    4. All rewards, discount codes, and OOCs issued under this CoffeeBot Campaign must be claimed within the Campaign Period, unless otherwise stated. Any unclaimed reward after the Campaign Period will be deemed forfeited without notice or compensation to the Participant.
    5. The discount voucher codes for any of the CoffeeBot beverages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or credit, and is valid for one (1) beverage of your choice from the CoffeeBot vending menu.
    6. Any expired vouchers will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted for redemption or extension.
    7. Purchases for beverages on the CoffeeBot vending machines are valid for cashless payments only (e-wallets or cards).

5. ONEONE X COFFEEBOT GIVEAWAY

  1. Upon claiming all three (3) tiers within the Campaign Period, Participant will be eligible to join the OneOne x CoffeeBot Giveaway (“Giveaway”).
  2. In order to qualify for the Giveaway, the Participants must fulfill the following:
    1. Successfully claim all three reward tiers;
    2. Follow OneOne (@oneone.games) and CoffeeBot ( @mycoffeebot ) on Instagram;
    3. Like and comment on the official OneOne x CoffeeBot collaboration post on Instagram – tag two (2) of your friends in the comment post that you would like to share this rewards with;
  3. The Giveaway are as follows:
    1. Ten (10) winner shall receive one (1) month's worth of CoffeeBot coffee supply. (It will be given in the form of QR code voucher for redemption at all participating MRT locations.
    2. Ten (10) winners shall receive 200 OOC credited directly to their Account. If the Account information provided by the winner is not accurate, non receipt of the OCC is at no fault of Oneverse.
  4. The result of who the winner is will be announced on 28 November 2025 at 5.00 pm(GMT+8) via a collaboration post by OneOne (@oneone.games) and CoffeeBot ( @mycoffeebot ) on their Instagram page.
  5. Winners will be contacted by CoffeeBot via Instagram Direct Message and by OneOne via their OneOne email address.
  6. If you are contacted because you are the winner, please ensure you do respond within five (5) working days from the date of notification email from OneVerse. Failure to respond within the period stated in the email will result in automatic forfeiture of the Giveaway, and an alternate winner may be selected at Oneverse’s and CoffeeBot's discretion.
  7. OneOne and CoffeeBot reserve the right to disqualify any Participant found tampering with or abusing the CoffeeBot Campaign process, or suspected of using false information, multiple Accounts, or automated systems to gain unfair advantage.
  8. Giveaway may be subject to additional terms and conditions and it is the winner’s responsibility to read and understand such terms and conditions.
  9. Oneverse reserves the right to request from the winner proof of his/her identification before giving out the Giveaway. As a winner, you agrees to grant Oneverse and CoffeBot an irrevocable right to use your image, photo and video whether from your Instagram or taken by representative of Oneverse or CoffeeBot for any of its advertisement or promotional material and any purpose which Oneverse and/or CoffeeBot deems fit.

6. INDEMNITY

  1. You understand and agree that the access to the Platform, the participation of the CoffeeBot Campaign is solely at your own risk and you agree to assume full responsibility and agree that Oneverse, CoffeeBot and Associated Parties shall not under any circumstances be liable you or other person whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage and costs, and for damages for any Loss, loss of profit or revenue or otherwise, arising out of or in connection to any use of, access to, participation or inability to use or access or participate in the CoffeeBot Campaign or the Platform and that Oneverse makes no warranty or representation of any kind, including but without limitation to the following:
    1. the continuous, uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Platform and the CoffeeBot Campaign page;
    2. the accuracy of the information or statement provided herein;
    3. the Platform is free from any actual, direct, indirect, destruction, damage, corrupt, attack, interference, hacking, or other security intrusions whatsoever; or
    4. the security and free from any computer viruses or other contaminating or harmful properties.
  2. You acknowledges and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneverse disclaims any and all liabilities for any claims for damages, losses, costs and/or expenses arising from or related to this Platform, and this Terms and Conditions. In the event this is not permitted by law, Oneverse’s liability is limited to the value of the Giveaway.
  3. By participating in this CoffeeBot Campaign, you hereby grant Oneverse, CoffeeBot, its Associated Parties and its partners and affiliates an irrevocable, royalty free, perpetual, license to use your image, photograph, video, content of your social media page (including all copyrighted material contained therein) and/or to feature them in any advert or promotional material (including release of their photographs) as well as the right to use your personal data for the purposes of this CoffeeBot Campaign or for other marketing purposes without any compensation whatsoever. The CoffeeBot Campaign winner(s) undertake to provide such documents in this regard as may be requested by Oneverse.
  4. You understand and agree to indemnify and hold Oneverse, its directors, shareholders, employees, officers and Associated Parties harmless from any claims, Losses, or damages arising in their participation in the CoffeeBot Campaign or the breach of these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to providing inaccurate information whereby you is not contactable and the Giveaway could not be transferred to your Account.
  5. All OOC issued are not transferrable, non-refundable or have no cash value. Oneverse will not refund or exchange your OOC for cash. The general terms and conditions governing OOC are on www.games.oneone.com
  6. Each campaign QR code scan will be automatically recorded on our backend and deemed as used upon successful redemption. Subsequent scanning of the same code will not be eligible for additional rewards.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. Oneverse will not provide transportation or any fees, for you to participate in the CoffeeBot Campaign. All spending on beverages and travel-related expenses shall be borne by you.
  2. Oneverse reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Participant and disqualify any entry that violates the rules or appears fraudulent.
  3. Oneverse is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
  4. Oneverse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the CoffeeBot Campaign if unforeseen circumstances arise without any prior notice to you.
  5. Oneverse and CoffeeBot's decisions on all matters relating to this CofeeBot Campaign shall be final and binding, and no correspondence, appeal, or dispute will be entertained.
  6. Oneverse and CoffeeBot shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or technical issue (including but not limited to QR code malfunction, network error, or app disruption) arising from participation in this CoffeeBot campaign or redemption of any reward. Oneverse and CoffeeBot shall also not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or modification of the CoffeeBot Campaign caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or system-wide disruptions.
  7. By participating in this Coffeebot Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

9. PRIVACY AND CONSENT

  1. By participating the CoffeeBot Campaign, you consent to allow Oneverse, CoffeeBot, its Associate Parties or licensor to collect, store, process and disclose to any third party, your personal data of provided by you pursuant to the CoffeeBot Campaign for any and all purposes relating to the CoffeeBot Campaign and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Oneverse or CoffeeBot including, without limitation for the running of the CoffeeBot Campaign and/or any event or publicity of the CoffeeBot Campaign in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
  2. If you are the winner of the Giveaway, you agree and consents to Oneverse and/or CoffeeBot announcing your name, pseudo-name and/or social media handle on its Platforms for promotional purposes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

  1. CoffeeBot Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes the parties agree to discuss and resolve with reasonableness, good faith between themselves. And if the matter could not be resolve and arising from this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted for arbitration by the Asian International Arbitration Centre presided by an arbitrator appointed by Oneverse.
