OneOne Ragnarok Festa Giveaway 2025 - Terms and Conditions

Oneverse Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Oneverse, Us or We") is the main organiser for OneOne Ragnarok Festa Giveaway 2025 ("Campaign"). This terms and conditions govern the use and access of the Platform and participation in the Campaign and the game mechanics for Campaign ("Campaign T&C").

The following Campaign T&C form an agreement between Oneverse Pte Ltd and You. You and Oneverse are each a "Party" and, together referred to as the "Parties" to this Campaign T&C. The definition of the terms in the Agreement applies to this Campaign T&C.

Oneverse may change this Campaign T&C or the Agreement by giving You 30 days' prior written notice by way of publication on this Platform. Oneverse will consider and deem that You have accepted the proposed changes if Your usage of this Platform continues or You do not terminate by giving Oneverse written notice during the notice period or the continue usage of the Platform after the notice period. Oneverse may also make some changes immediately, without prior notice, if Oneverse are required by the law or if it relates to compliance with the request of the network or authorities.

As further described herein, by accessing, registering and participating in this Campaign, and to the extent permitted by law, You agree to not hold Oneverse, it Associate Parties or its respective past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, equity holders, suppliers, vendors, service providers, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors and/or designees liable for any Losses or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from, or in any way connected, to accessing, registering and participating in the Campaign, including Losses associated with this Campaign T&C.

You acknowledge, understand and agree that:

• You are subject to and bound by the Agreement and this Campaign T&C; and
• Oneverse reserves the right to refuse or cancel your Account and participate to the Campaign at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Please do not proceed with the participation of this Campaign if you do not accept any of the Campaign T&C. This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the game publisher of Ragnarok, Gravity Co., Ltd, or its affiliates.

1. DEFINITION

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:

Account	means your OneOne Account duly registered on this Platform to facilitate your access and use of the Services available on this Platform;
Agreement	means OneOne General Terms and Condition;
Associated Parties	means subsidiaries, associate, affiliate of Oneverse;
Campaign T&C	means this Campaign Terms and Conditions;
Campaign	means the OneOne Ragnarok Festa Giveaway which begins on 9th October 2025 at 3:00pm (+7GMT) and ending on 20 November 2025 at 6:00pm (+7GMT) on Campaign URL;
Campaign URL	Mean https://games.oneone.com/ragnarok-festa ;
Entries	mean upon Your completion of task which is listed on Campaign URL and You will earn Entries for the Campaign, the numbers of Entries for each completed task is listed on the Campaign URL;
Grand Prize	mean a 3 days 2 night all-expense paid trip to Bangkok, Thailand to attend the Ragnarok Festa held on 13th December 2025 which will be announced on 21 November 2025 at 6:00pm (GMT+7) .
Intellectual Property	means all copyright, patents, utility innovations, Trade Marks and service marks, geographical indications, domain names, layout design rights, registered designs, design rights, database rights, trade or business names, rights protecting trade secrets and confidential information, rights protecting goodwill and reputation, and all other similar or corresponding proprietary rights and all applications for the same, whether presently existing or created in the future, anywhere in the world, whether registered or not, and all benefits, privileges, rights to sue, recover damages and obtain relief or other remedies for any past, current or future infringement, misappropriation or violation of any of the foregoing rights;
Items	means the OOC, goods and Services listed by Oneverse for sale on the Platform;
Losses	means all penalties, losses, settlement sums, costs (including legal fees and expenses on a solicitor-client basis), charges, expenses, actions, proceedings, claims, demands, and other liabilities, whether foreseeable or not.
Oneverse, We, Us or Our	means Oneverse Pte Ltd, the developer and Intellectual Property rights owner of the Platform
Platform	https://games.oneone.com , OneOne App (Android & iOS) and such other web platform of OneOne administered and managed by Oneverse;
Parties	means collectively, Oneverse and you;
Party	means either you or us;
Weekly Prizes	Mean the weekly prizes as may be determined by Oneverse and published on the Campaign URL, which will be announced every Friday at 6:00pm (GMT+7) throughout the Campaign.
Trademarks	means the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used and displayed on the Platform.
Virtual Items	means collectively, virtual in-game items and virtual currency, including, without limitation, virtual coins, OOC or points acquired.
You, Your, Yourself	means the user of the Platform and also the OOC holder.
Your Credentials	means all your personal details including email and mobile number in order for Oneverse to set up an Account for you in order for you to be able to access, use or acquire OOC on the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

1. 2.1 The Campaign is open to residents of Malaysia (MY), Indonesia (ID), Thailand (TH), and the Philippines (PH).
2. 2.2 You must be 18 years and above at the time You participates in the Campaign and has a registered Account.
3. 2.3 You must possess a valid passport with at least seven (7) months of validity from 13th December 2025
4. 2.4 The following people are not eligible to take part in the Campaign:
   1. Permanent and/or contract employees of Oneverse and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters ); and
   2. Affiliate, partners, promotion agents and vendors who are directly involved with this Campaign.
5. 2.5 There is no limit to the number of Entries you may earn. You can accumulate as many entries as you are able by completing the tasks outlined on the Campaign URL. All entries are free. While some tasks may involve purchases, no purchase is necessary to participate in the Campaign.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

3.1 The Campaign period begins on 9th October 2025 at 3:00pm (GMT+7) and ends on 20 November 2025 at 6:00pm (GMT+7).

3.2 There are 2 categories of Prizes, which are:

• Grand Prize; and
• Weekly Prize.

3.3 The entries submitted after the Campaign will not be considered or entertained.

3.4 The decision of who the winners are is binding and You agree and acknowledge that You will not challenge the decision of Oneverse.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPAIGN

4.1 To participate in the Campaign, you must do the following:

• Register or have an existing account with OneOne, and ensure Your Credentials are accurate and true for Us to be able to contact You if You are the winner.
• Follow OneOne on Instagram (oneone.games);
• You must complete task, which is listed on the Campaign URL, as task completion would earn You Entries for Grand Prize or Weekly Prize;

5. PRIZES

5.1 Grand Prizes

5.1.1 The Grand Prize will be awarded to fourteen (14) winners, each of whom will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for three (3) days and two (2) nights to Bangkok, Thailand to attend the Ragnarok Festa 2025 on 13th December 2025. The Grand Prize includes:

• Round-trip economy airfare from the winner's home country (as per the information provided in their Credentials) to Bangkok, Thailand.
• Hotel accommodation for each winner, based on single-room occupancy;
• Meals as arranged by Oneverse or its designated agent;
• Ground transportation in accordance with the official itinerary, at the sole discretion of Oneverse; and
• One (1) VIP ticket each to the Ragnarok Festa 2025 on 13th December 2025.

5.1.2 The Grand Prize does not include personal expenses such as shopping, travel insurance, excess baggage fees beyond the airline's standard allowance, costs for a travel companion, meals and beverages outside of those provided by Oneverse, or any other expenses not expressly listed in Clause 5.1.

5.1.3 The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5.1.4 The Grand Prize winners will be announced on Oneverse's Live on its social media page on 21 November 2025 at 6:00pm (GMT +7) and the winner list will also be posted on Oneverse's Instagram page (@oneone.games).

5.1.5 As a winner, You will be contacted via your email which is provided in your Credentials. You must respond to Oneverse with the details We have requested within seven (7) days from the date the email is sent and provide information as may be requested by Oneverse. If You fail to respond within the seven (7) days after being contacted as a winner, your Grand Prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

5.1.6 If any of the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel at the designated date, no replacement date will be offered and the Grand Prize for that winner will be forfeited and Oneverse may at its discretion select another winner.

5.1.7 If You provide Oneverse with inaccurate information that results in Your airline ticket or hotel reservation not matching Your passport or identification, Oneverse reserves the right to recover from you any cost, expenses or Losses incurred as a result of your intentional or unintentional actions or negligence.

5.1.8 As a winner, You shall ensure You have valid travel documents, passport (with at least 7 months validity), visa to enter Thailand (if required) and any other exit or entry requirement imposed by Your country's immigration or Thailand immigration. Oneverse will not be responsible if You have been denied exit from Your home country or entry into Thailand, or if You are unable to travel.

5.2 Weekly Prizes

5.2.1 Weekly Prizes are awarded to 3 winners each week throughout the Campaign.

5.2.2 Weekly Prizes will be announced on the Campaign URL and also on Oneverse's Instagram (@oneone.games) and social media pages.

5.2.3 The Weekly Prize winner will be announced every Friday at 6:00pm (GMT +7) during the Campaign.

5.2.4 The Weekly Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5.2.5 As a winner, You will be contacted via your email which is provided in your Credentials. You must respond to Oneverse within five (5) days from the date the email is sent and provide information as may be requested by Oneverse. If You fail to respond within the five (5) days after being contacted as a winner, Your Weekly Prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

5.2.6 If You are the selected winner, You are responsible for any taxes due and payable on the Prizes you have won from this Campaign.

5.2.7 Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions and it is the winner's responsibility to read and understand such terms and conditions.

5.2.8 Oneverse reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with alternative prizes or similar value at anytime without prior notice. The Prizes are given on an "as is" basis.

5.2.9 Oneverse reserves the right to request from the winner proof of Your identification before giving out the Prizes. If You have provided any false, incomplete, or misleading information to Oneverse, Oneverse reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. WINNERS SELECTION MECHANISM

6.1 Winners are selected based on creativity, compliance with the Campaign T&C and rules for each task, as may be determined by Oneverse. A panel appointed by Oneverse will review all valid entries and select the winners based on predetermined criteria.

6.2 Oneverse reserves the right to disqualify or reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any participant and/or revoke or forfeit any Prize at any stage of the Campaign if Oneverse is of the opinion that:

• You are not eligible in accordance to the Campaign T&C;
• For Your failure to comply with any the Agreement and the Campaign T&C;
• You have breached any of Campaign T&C or other rules and regulations of the Campaign or violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• the Entries contain third party Intellectual Property Rights that are used without prior consent from the rights holder;
• the Entries contain obscene, profane, vulgar, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, offensive or otherwise inappropriate language, imagery or material, including without limitation any message/image which contains (a) swearing; (b) comments or actions which appear to be discriminatory of any person, Oneverse, Oneverse's Associate Parties, group of individuals, for example comments of a racist, sexist or homophobic nature; (c) sexual innuendo, sexual language or sexual acts, actions or gestures; (d) promoting any illegal unlawful activity such as drug use; (e) any message/image that appears to be an advertisement or solicitation to buy; and (f) any materials (whether written or visual) that directly or indirectly relate to Oneverse's competitors or that show any intention of promoting any brand other than Oneverse; or
• You have removed or deleted your Account prior or after the announcement of the Winner from the Platform.

7. INDEMNITY

7.1 You understand and agree that the access to the Platform, the participation in the Campaign is solely at Your own risk and You agree to assume full responsibility and agree that Oneverse and Associated Parties shall not under any circumstances be liable to You or other person whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage and Losses, and for damages for any loss of profit or revenue or otherwise, arising out of or in connection to any use of, access to, participation or inability to use or access or participate in the Campaign or the Platform and that Oneverse makes no warranty or representation of any kind, including but without limitation to the following:

• the continuous, uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Platform, the Campaign and the Campaign URL;
• the accuracy of the information or statement provided herein;
• freedom from any destruction, damage, corruption, attack, interference, hacking, or other security intrusions whatsoever; and
• the security and freedom from any computer viruses or other contaminating or harmful properties.

7.2 You acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneverse disclaims any and all liabilities for any claims for Losses arising from or related to this Platform, this Campaign T&C, and this Campaign.

7.3 By participating in this Campaign, You grant Oneverse, its Associated Parties, its partners and affiliates an irrevocable, royalty free, perpetual, license to use, reproduce, adapt and distribute any content you create or submit in connection with this campaign, including but not limited to gameplay recordings, video submissions, written responses, and related materials and/or to feature them in any advert or promotional material (including release of their photographs) as well as the right to use their personal data for the purposes of this Campaign or for marketing purposes without any compensation whatsoever.

7.4 You as winners to the Campaign agrees to grant Oneverse and its Associated Parties, its partners and affiliates an irrevocable, world wide, royalty free, perpetual, right to use your image, likeliness, photo, video and content whether from your Instagram or any social media page of Yours including the rights to publish and announce Your name(s), pseudo name(s), photograph(s), image, likeness and video(s) including Your social media account name, and photos or videos taken by representative of Oneverse for any of its advertisement or promotional material and any purpose which Oneverse deems fit, and You agree to undertake to provide such documents in this regard as may be requested by Oneverse.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

8.1 The Prize is as published and any expenses and taxes incurred by You will be borne by You.

8.2 Oneverse reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any Entries that violate the rules or appears fraudulent.

8.3 Oneverse is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.

8.4 OneOne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign for unforeseen circumstances arise.

8.5 In the event if Oneverse is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Campaign because of acts of God, strikes, natural disaster, political unrest, pandemic, lockdown, flight cancellation, beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, Oneverse shall not be liable for damages and Losses resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.

8.6 You as a winner agree that Oneverse will not be liable:

• for any accidents, Losses, injuries, delays or irregularities which may happen to any part of the trip for the Grand Prize winners.
• Losses, theft or damage to personal belongings during the trip to Bangkok as a Grand Prize winner; and
• for any medical expenses that You may incur during the travel to Bangkok or in Bangkok. Therefore, you are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the trip.

9. PRIVACY AND CONSENT

9.1 By participating in this Campaign, You agree and consent to allow Oneverse, its Associate Parties or licensor to collect, store, process and disclose to any third party, Your personal data provided by You for this Campaign for any and all purposes relating to this Campaign and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Oneverse including, without limitation for the running of this Campaign and or any event or publicity of the Campaign in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1 This Campaign T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes the parties agree to discuss and resolve with reasonableness, good faith between themselves. And if the matter could not be resolve and arising from this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the competent High Court of Malaya.
