OneOne General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the OneOne.com platform!

Please read these General Terms and Conditions (“the Agreement”) carefully. The following Agreement governs the use and access of the OneOne.com platform (“Platform”) and the use of the Service owned and managed by Oneverse Pte Ltd (“Oneverse”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By signing up, accessing or utilising the Platform and/or using the Services, the Parties agree to be bound by this Agreement including any specific terms of use which are available on this Platform. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from accessing and/or using this Platform or the Services.

If you access this Platform and/or Service, purchase OneOne Credit or register for an Account, you agree, acknowledge and accept that you shall be governed by this Agreement and any other specific rules, procedures, terms, and conditions for the products, services or facilities offered as determined or as may be amended by us at any time or from time to time at its absolute discretion. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing, purchasing, opening and maintaining an account and/or ordering any items from the Platform.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that Oneverse is the Intellectual Property rights owner of this Platform.

Oneverse may change this Agreement (including any Service Fees) by giving you 30 days’ prior written notice which will be published on the Platform. Oneverse will consider and deem the Parties have accepted the proposed changes if you do not terminate this Agreement by giving Oneverse a written notice during the notice period or if you continue using the Platform after the notice period. Oneverse may also make some changes immediately, without prior notice, if we are required by the law or if it relates to the addition of a new service or extra functionality of the Platform and does not affect the specific terms of use on the Platform.

A copy of the Agreement may be downloaded and kept for future reference or refer to the terms published on the Platform at any time. The most current version of the Agreement is available on https://games.oneone.com.

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Platform are restricted to you who have registered with an account only. You should not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to such parts of this Platform, or to any other protected information, through any means not intentionally made available by Oneverse for specific use. A breach of this provision may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1993.

You agree and acknowledge that you are duly responsible if you disclose your Account password to an unauthorised party and you agree not to make any claim or suit against Oneverse for any loss, damages and claims as a result of your own negligence.

Please read the following additional documents which also apply to the use of the Platform and Services and should be read together with this Agreement:

  1. Specific Terms of Use;
  2. Privacy Policy; and
  3. any other terms referenced in this Agreement.

Unless otherwise specified, the above documents do form part of this Agreement.

1. DEFINITIONS

  1. In these Terms of Service, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:
Account means your Account duly registered on this Platform to facilitate your access and use of the Services available on this Platform.
Agreement means the General Terms and Conditions;
Buyer, you, your means a user who purchases Items and Services on the OneOne Platform;
Gift Card means an electronic gift card which contains a stored value available for redemption on the Platform;
Intellectual Property means all copyright, patents, utility innovations, Trade Marks and service marks, geographical indications, domain names, layout design rights, registered designs, design rights, database rights, trade or business names, rights protecting trade secrets and confidential information, rights protecting goodwill and reputation, and all other similar or corresponding proprietary rights and all applications for the same, whether presently existing or created in the future, anywhere in the world, whether registered or not, and all benefits, privileges, rights to sue, recover damages and obtain relief or other remedies for any past, current or future infringement, misappropriation or violation of any of the foregoing rights.
Items means the OOC, goods and Services listed by Oneverse for sale on the Platform;
Losses means all penalties, losses, settlement sums, costs (including legal fees and expenses on a solicitor-client basis), charges, expenses, actions, proceedings, claims, demands, and other liabilities, whether foreseeable or not.
Materials means, collectively, all web pages on the Platform, including the information, images, links, sounds, graphics, video, software, applications, and other materials displayed or made available on the Platform and the functionalities or services provided on the Platform.
Mobile Credits means mobile phone credits;
OneOne Credit or OOC means the electronic credit value purchased by you and made available on your account.
Oneverse, We, Us or Our means Oneverse Pte Ltd, the developer and Intellectual Property rights owner of the Platform
Platform https://games.oneone.com, OneOne App (Android & iOS) and such other web platform of OneOne administered and managed by Oneverse;
Parties means collectively, Oneverse and you;
Party means either you or us;
Prohibited Material

means any information, graphics, photographs, video, audio, data and/or any other material that:

  1. contains any computer virus or other invasive or damaging code, program or macro;
  2. infringes any third-party Intellectual Property or any other proprietary rights;
  3. is defamatory, libellous, or threatening;
  4. is violent, obscene, pornographic, indecent, counterfeited, fraudulent, stolen, harmful, or otherwise illegal under the applicable law; and/or
  5. is or may be construed as offensive and/or otherwise objectionable, in our sole opinion.
Purchased Items means your item listed on the Platform purchased by the Buyer;
Services means the services provided by this Platform including, without limitation, offering for sale, selling, reselling and retailing virtual digital credits for games, virtual Items and related merchandises, games publishing, online marketplace for sale of Items, OOC, and other services which may be introduced by Oneverse.
Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used and displayed on the Platform.
Virtual Items means collectively, virtual in-game items and virtual currency, including, without limitation, virtual coins, tokens or points acquired.
  1. You agree and acknowledge that you will provide Oneverse with true and accurate information when signing up for an Account and when using the Platform. We may carry out customer due diligence checks on the information provided by you. You agree that you shall provide Oneverse with complete, accurate, and up to date information at all times, including any information required for us to verify if required for any purpose. When requested, you agree that you will promptly provide any additional information required at any time, at the latest within two (2) Business Days of a request. You acknowledge that Oneverse may not provide you with the use of the Platform until Oneverse has received all the information we require. Oneverse will not be responsible for any loss arising out of your failure or delay in providing Oneverse with the information Oneverse requires.
  2. You agree and acknowledge that Oneverse does not make any inquiries or any information check or verify your information provided to Oneverse hence Oneverse relies on true and accurate information that you provide to Oneverse.

2. USE OF PLATFORM

  1. You shall procure, at your own costs and expenses, the requisite equipment and software to connect and access the Platform and the ensuing use of the Services. You shall bear all charges and fees imposed by third parties in relation to and in connection with you connecting your equipment to our Platform (or any of them).
  2. It is your primary responsibility to ensure that you are acquainted with the guidelines and procedures for the use of the Services that Oneverse may issue from time to time. Oneverse shall not be liable for any errors, losses or damages caused by your use of the Services and/or the Platform.
  3. It is your responsibility to secure the information of your Account. Any notification or confirmation received by us from your Account shall be deemed and presumed to have been issued by you notwithstanding that such notification or confirmation may have been issued by a third party, whether authorized or otherwise, and you shall be bound by such notification or confirmation.
  4. Oneverse shall not be liable for acting on the notification or confirmation sent through your Account. Oneverse shall not be obliged or required to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons effecting the notification or confirmation or verify the completeness of such notification or confirmation. Such notification or confirmation, upon receipt by Oneverse on the Platform, shall be deemed irrevocable and binding on you, notwithstanding any error, fraud, forgery, lack of clarity, or misunderstanding in respect of the terms of such notification or confirmation.
  5. You shall immediately notify us upon receipt of incomplete, garbled or inaccurate data or information from us. You shall also immediately notify us upon receipt of any data or information which is not intended for you and you shall delete such data or information from your Account.
  6. You acknowledge and agree that Oneverse may at its absolute discretion to refuse or permit you to use the Services and/or the Platform without giving any reason or notice thereof.
  7. Unless otherwise permitted by Oneverse in writing, you shall not upload, post, email transmit or otherwise make available any unauthorized or illegal activities on the Platform or directly to other users of the Platform.
  8. You shall not in any other manner whatsoever make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunication equipment, including, without limitation, Platform.
  9. You irrevocably and unconditionally allow and permit us to send to your Account updates on services and events offered or provided by Oneverse.
  10. Any information made available on the Platform in connection with the Services offered by Oneverse or its partners, including data performance are not binding and for information purpose only. In purchasing any Service from the Platform, you agree and acknowledges that you do not rely on and waive any claim against Oneverse or its partners based on any such representations or information so provided.
  11. While Oneverse endeavours to provide an accurate description of the services to be provided, Oneverse does not warrant that such description is accurate, current or free from error. In the event that the Services provided by Oneverse and/ or its partner is fundamentally different from the details as described on the Platform, Oneverse will not be liable to you for any Losses or damages.

  12. Oneverse reserves the right, but shall not be obliged to:

    • monitor, screen or otherwise control any activity, content or material on the Platform. Oneverse may in our sole and absolute discretion, investigate any violation of the terms of this Agreement contained herein and may take any action it deems appropriate;
    • prevent or restrict access of anyone to the Platform;
    • report any activity it suspects to be in violation of any applicable law, statute or regulation to the appropriate authorities, and to co-operate with such authorities; and/or
    • to request any information and data from you in connection with your use and/or access of the Platform at any time and to exercise its right under this clause. If you refuse to divulge such information and/or data or if Oneverse has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information and/or data, Oneverse or its partner has a right to terminate your access to the Platform.
  13. Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any quotation, invoice or other document or information issued by Oneverse on the Platform shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Oneverse.

3. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES

  1. You irrevocably and unconditionally represent and warrant that to Oneverse that you are 18 years old and above. If you are not 18 years old and above, you have obtained the consent and the agreement of your parent and/or legal guardian (who is above 18 years old) to access and Platform, use and purchase our Services. If we have been made aware that you have accessed our Platform without the consent or agreement of your parent and/or legal guardian, we have the right to suspend and/or terminate your account without any notice to you.
  2. You represent and warrant that your personal information and the documentation submitted to us, including, without limitation, your full name, telephone number, correspondence address, and email address, are true and accurate and remain valid and accurate throughout the term you are accessing and using Oneverse Platform and/ or Services. You warrant that you shall forthwith notify us in writing of any changes in your personal information.
  3. You agree that you shall not use the Platform or the Services (or any of them) to conduct any fraudulent, immoral or illegal activities including acts of money laundering or such activities that may infringe the Intellectual Property rights of third parties.
  4. You shall not use any Intellectual Property belonging to Oneverse, any partner of Oneverse or any publishers listed on the Platform, including, without limitation, brands, trademarks or trade names, whether registered or not, without the prior written consent of Oneverse.
  5. Save for as expressly provided in this Agreement, all other warranties conditions or terms, including those implied by statute or common law, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  6. Subject to this Clause 3 of this Agreement, Oneverse warrants that all the information provided by the game publishers or partners is as provided and Oneverse has not edited nor amended it.
  7. Oneverse shall not be liable for any Losses, damage or liability of any kind suffered by any third party directly or indirectly which is caused by other third party at no control of Oneverse.

  8. You agree that you may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Platform:

    • In any way that breaches or is intended to breach any applicable local, national or international law, regulation or guideline or causes Oneverse to breach any applicable law, regulation or guideline;
    • in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
    • for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm others, including minors (as such term is defined by applicable law or regulation) in any way;
    • for anything that is abusive or incites hate/violence, or does not comply with the society’s reasonable standards;
    • in connection with any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of spam;
    • in connection with harmful programs like viruses or spyware or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware; or
    • for a Prohibited Acts or unapproved purpose.

  9. Oneverse does not provide the Platform and/or Services to businesses that engage in, or support businesses involved in the following types of activities. You acknowledge, agree and warrant that you will not be using the Platform and/or Services for the following types of activities:

    • adult entertainment and related services, including pornography, escort services, prostitution services and/or any form of advertising of or for sexual services;
    • gambling services where it is illegal or offering gambling services without the required permits or licenses (including skilled game wagering);
    • counterfeit or unauthorised goods, or products or services; such as goods or services which infringe upon intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties;
    • weapons manufacturing, sales and supplies or business dealings related to any military items;
    • the offering of regulated financial services (directly or indirectly) without a valid license and/or registration;
    • the sale and/or distribution of any product or service without the requisite permit or license in their place of operation (governmental or otherwise);
    • the sale and/or distribution of any products or services which promote or encourage discrimination, including discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
    • Ponzi/ Pyramid Scheme/ Multi Level Marketing/ Telemarketing;
    • the trade of restricted and/or endangered animal species and products derived from them;
    • the sale, distribution and/or trade of archaeological and cultural relics;
    • the sale of access to cyberlockers or remote digital file-sharing services;
    • promotion of any racial, religion or political agenda; or
    • any transactions made for no genuine commercial purpose, such as the pooling of funds between multiple parties or the cashing out of credit or stored value cards or money laundering.

4. VIRTUAL ITEMS

  1. All Virtual Items reflected in the Account are not actually owned by you. You merely have a licence to use the Virtual Items on the Platform (or any of them) when you have purchased them and in the games owned by the game publisher(s) in accordance with such terms as Oneverse or game publisher(s) may impose from time to time.
  2. The value of the Virtual Items reflected in the Account does not represent any credit value in real currency. The Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real cash.
  3. Unless otherwise permitted in writing by Oneverse, you are prohibited from selling, transferring or otherwise dispose of the Virtual Items to any other persons, whether within or outside the confines of the Platform (or any of them).

5. PAYMENT

  1. You may pay for the Services in such currency that is available on the Platform in accordance with the prevailing rate of exchange as may be determined by Oneverse at its absolute discretion.
  2. You shall be solely liable to make payments and applicable taxes, if any, in relation to and in connection with the usage of the Services (or any of them) through your Account.
  3. Oneverse shall have the absolute discretion to cancel any payment request made by you without assigning any reasons whatsoever or if you do not have sufficient funds in your Account.
  4. Oneverse shall be entitled to vary or modify or remove the modes of payment available on the Platform (or any of them) at any time without prior notice to you.

  5. The terms and conditions applicable to each type of payment method, as prescribed by Oneverse on the Platform, shall be applicable to the contract. The payment method may also be subject to the following terms:

    • Credit Cards
      • Credit card payment option is available for all Buyers. Oneverse accepts all Visa and MasterCard credit cards that are 3D Secure enabled (verified by Visa and secured by MasterCard) and all payments will be processed by third party payment processors. You acknowledge and agree that all your payment processing will be processed by third party payment processors. Please take note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Singapore bank issued credit card due to foreign exchange rates.
    • Debit Cards
      • Oneverse accepts all Visa and MasterCard debit cards, subject to bank availability. All debit card information shall be protected by industry leading encryption standards.
    • Online Banking
      • By choosing this payment method, you shall transfer the amount of the total purchase price (including any applicable taxes, and other fees to Oneverse’s account. The transaction must be payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD), Ringgit Malaysia (MYR), Thailand Baht (THB) and Philippines Pesos (PHP), Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) and Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and any other currency which Oneverse may decide to accept.
    • E-Wallets
      • Oneverse accepts various e-wallet payment methods. Any Party may purchase OneOne Credit on https://games.oneone.com/ and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated therein.
    • Telecommunication Network Operators
      • Payments made through telecommunications operators, including Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) services, may also be subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and limitations imposed by the respective telecommunication network operator and/or payment service provider.
      • By selecting such payment methods, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the applicable telecommunication network operator’s terms and conditions, including policies relating to billing, refunds, transaction limits, fraud prevention, and payment authorisation.
      • In the event of any payment dispute relating to your telecommunications network operator billing, Oneverse reserves the right to cooperate with the relevant telecommunication network operator and rely on the telecommunication network operator’s transaction verification records, authentication logs, and payment authorisation status as supporting evidence for the payment.
  6. You may not claim against Oneverse or its partners, for any failure, disruption or error in connection with your chosen payment method. Oneverse reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to you or giving any reason.
  7. If you fail to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected or the payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available you, you shall not be entitled to any Items, Virtual Items or Services.
  8. All transactions conducted through the Platform and/or the Services are final and non-refundable, once you have sent the request in to purchase the Items, except where otherwise required by applicable law. This applies to all payment methods and payment channels supported, enabled, processed, or accepted by Oneverse and/or its payment partners from time to time, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, online banking, direct carrier billing (DCB), prepaid balance, postpaid billing, telecommunication network operator payment services, mobile payments, digital wallets, bank transfers, QR payments, third-party payment gateways, and any other electronic or telecommunications-based payment methods.
  9. Refunds, reversals, or compensation shall not be provided for transactions involving scams, phishing, social engineering, impersonation, unauthorized access arising from your negligence, voluntary disclosure of One Time Password (“OTP”) codes or authentication credentials, or any transaction authenticated using valid security verification methods.
  10. Notwithstanding the payment method used, any approved refund arising from a failed or cancelled transaction shall be refunded exclusively in the form of OneOne Credit, in an amount equivalent to the value of the disputed transaction.
  11. Oneverse offers no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching the payer’s account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the payment provider internal processing timeline. All costs and administration fees associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by you, who is seeking the refund. Oneverse reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
  12. Any transaction completed using OTP verification, login authentication, biometric verification, device authorization, or any other approved security verification method shall be deemed authorised by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account, mobile number, device, SIM card, passwords, OTP codes, and authentication credentials associated with the Account. Any transaction authenticated using valid credentials may be treated by Oneverse as valid and binding, regardless of whether such transaction was conducted by you or any third party using your credentials.

6. PROHIBITED ACTS

  1. You acknowledge and agree not to engage in any of the following when you are using the Platform and Services:

    • to discuss religion, race, royalties, political, or involve in anything which is defamatory to Oneverse;
    • does any act or participate in any action or activities which is against the law or illegal under the applicable law of the country;
    • may defame any party or entity;
    • would impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
    • uses the Platform for illegal purposes;
    • post, promote or transmit through the Platform any Prohibited Materials;
    • would interfere with another’s utilization and enjoyment of the Platform;
    • uses or uploads, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reasons to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Platform’s data or damage or interfere with the operation of another person’s computer or mobile device or the Platform; or
    • use the Platform for fraudulent activities, cash conversion schemes, unauthorized resale of virtual items or credits, abuse of direct carrier billing (DCB) or telecom billing systems, money laundering, scam facilitation, or any unlawful purpose.

    Oneverse reserves the right to suspend, terminate, reverse, or withhold any Account, transaction, or balance associated with suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity without prior notice and without obligation to provide any refund without notification or consultation with you.

7. AVAILABILITY OF PLATFORM AND/OR SERVICES

  • There may be certain times that the Platform and/or Services may not be available to you due to maintenance or malfunction of the Platform or such other reasons beyond the control of Oneverse. Oneverse makes no warranty that the Platform and/or Services will be available at the times.
  • Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, Oneverse shall be entitled at its absolute discretion, without notice to you, to change the processes, the mode of operation of the Platform and/or Services at any time and from time to time for any reason whatsoever.
  • Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in this Agreement, Oneverse shall be entitled to: immediately terminate, discontinue, withdraw or suspend your use of the Platform and/or Services without notice; or impose conditions or restrictions on your use of the Platform and/or Service without notice.
  • Oneverse may, from time to time and without giving any reason or prior notice, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of or remove, whether in whole or in part, the Platform and/or Services and shall not be liable if any such upgrade, modification, suspension or removal that may prevents you from accessing the Platform and/or Services or any part of it.
  • You are aware that all transactions conducted on the Platform for the Services are through telecommunication and data network and these are all beyond the control of Oneverse.

8. LIABILITY

  • In no event shall Oneverse be liable for loss of profit or goodwill, Losses, or revenue or any type of special indirect or consequential loss whatsoever (including loss or damage suffered by you) even if such loss were reasonably foreseeable or if Oneverse had been advised of the possibility of incurring the same.
  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Oneverse’s maximum cumulative liability to you, or to any other party for any Losses under, arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the sum paid for the Service in your last transaction which gives rise to the liability.
  • If a number of events give rise substantially to the same Losses, they shall be regarded as giving rise to only one claim under this Agreement.
  • No action shall be brought against Oneverse later than 60 days after the date you became aware of the circumstances giving rise to a claim or the date you ought reasonably to have become aware.
  • You agree and confirm that you shall not hold Oneverse, its employees, agents or licensees, liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of and in relation to the Services or the use of the Platform.
  • Oneverse shall not be liable for any Losses resulting from the increased transaction limits or features accessible to your Account. You acknowledge the risks associated with higher transaction capabilities, and Oneverse liability is limited as stipulated herein.

9. INDEMNITY

  1. You agree to indemnify Oneverse and its partners against all Losses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred or suffered by Oneverse in connection with or as a result of:
    • breach of this Agreement, failure to comply with applicable law;
    • any error, default, negligence, misconduct, or fraud by you, or anyone who has access and utilised your Account;
    • a third party alleging that Oneverse’s use of the information as permitted by this Agreement infringes any Intellectual Property rights; or
    • any of instructions which Oneverse reasonably believe to have been made by you through your valid login details on your Account.
  2. This clause 9.2, clauses 9.3 and 9.4 apply in respect of the obligations in this clause 9. If Oneverse becomes aware of any claim or proceeding which might lead to a claim under this clause 9, (each, a ’Third Party Claim’), Oneverse will promptly notify you in writing and you will:
    • take control of the defence of the claims by such Third Party Claim; and
    • defend any such Third Party Claim at your expense.
  3. If Oneverse assumes the defence of a Third Party Claim, the Oneverse will:
    • promptly notify you that it has assumed such defence;
    • keep you informed, in relation to any negotiations, settlement or litigation; and
    • have the right to enter into any settlement or compromise of the Third Party Claim that involves a remedy other than the payment of money.
  4. If Oneverse does not assume the defence of a Third Party Claim in accordance with clause 9.3 within 14 (fourteen) days of being notified in writing of that Third Party Claim, you shall defend the Third Party Claim in such manner as it may deem appropriate, and you agree you will indemnify the Oneverse in relation to all costs, claims and liabilities incurred by Oneverse in relation to such Third Party Claim.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. The Intellectual Property in and to the Platform and/or Services and any Materials are owned, licensed to or controlled by Oneverse, its licensors, game publishers or its service providers. Oneverse reserves the right to enforce its Intellectual Property to the fullest extent of the law.
  2. No part or parts of the Platform and/or Services, or any Materials on the Platform may be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, separated, altered, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, mirrored, framed, transferred, or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system or installed on any servers, system or equipment without our prior written permission or that of the relevant copyright owners.
  3. The Trademarks are registered and unregistered trademarks of Oneverse, partner or third parties. Nothing on the Platform and this Agreement shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use (including as a meta tag or link to any other website) any Trademarks displayed on the Platform, without our written permission or any other applicable trademark owner.

11. YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. You shall immediately notify Oneverse if you are aware or believe your Account has been hacked or compromised.
  2. You shall be liable for all transactions conducted through your Account at any time prior to the receipt by Oneverse of your notification as stated in Clause 11.1.
  3. Oneverse has the absolute right to reverse credit or Services from your Account if the following happens:
    • if your financial institution or credit card claims reversal of a transaction;
    • if your Account has been credited by error;
    • if we suspect that the transaction was a fraudulent transaction or the Account is used for any activity which is against any law; or
    • if we terminate or suspend your Account.
  4. Oneverse reserves the right to monitor transactions, activities, payment behavior, device information, IP addresses, mobile numbers, and usage patterns for fraud prevention, security, risk management, and regulatory compliance purposes.

  5. Oneverse may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or liability to you, temporarily or permanently:

    • suspend or block any transaction or Account;
    • reverse a transaction where fraudulent or erroneous activity is confirmed by Oneverse or its payment partners;
    • withhold Account balances pending investigation;
    • permanently blacklist an Account, device, IP address, or mobile number associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity; or
    • reject future transactions from you with a history of suspicious, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity.

    A suspension, investigation, or reversal under this Clause does not entitle you to any compensation, refund, or damages of any nature.

12. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

  1. The Services (or any part thereof) may be cancelled by Oneverse at any time without prior notice to you. After cancellation, the Services (or any part thereof) may be reinstated in such manner and on such terms as Oneverse may at its absolute discretion determine.
  2. Oneverse reserves the right at all times to suspend or block access to and use of the Platform and/or Services (or any part thereof) for any reason whatsoever and for any length of time and upon any conditions that Oneverse may at its absolute discretion determine.
  3. User-Initiated Termination:
    1. You may request to deactivate your Account at any time via the Platform. Upon deactivation, all unused OneOne Credits will immediately expire and be removed from your Account. Subject to Clause 12.3.2 below, You will not be entitled to any compensation from Oneverse arising from such expiry or removal of the OneOne Credit in your Account as a result of your deactivation of your Account.
    2. In the event of termination, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in any jurisdiction or as specified in the location-specific terms or a local regulation, any unused OneOne credit will not be refunded.

13. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

  1. Oneverse shall be entitled and you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and authorise Oneverse to the extent permitted by law, to disclose or release any information pertaining to you or your transactions through the Platform or the purchases of Services to such extent that Oneverse may at its absolute discretion deem fit to such persons as Oneverse may be required to disclose under the applicable law and/or such other persons or entity pursuant to any governmental directive or order of the court or any other party whomsoever as Oneverse deems fit.
  2. Save as otherwise permitted in Clause 13.1, Oneverse will not disclose your personal information to any other party without prior notification to you.

14. APPLICABLE LAW

  1. Your use of the Platform and Services shall be governed by the law of Singapore and you agree to exhaust all legal avenues with Oneverse, should any dispute, controversy or claim arise out of or relate the access, use of the Platform and/or Services before an action is to be brought. Any such actions brought against Oneverse for any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for the time being in force. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator, to be appointed by the Director of the SIAC. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore. Any award by the arbitration shall be final and binding upon the parties.
  2. Where required, you shall obtain the approval or consent or permission of the relevant regulatory authorities prior to using the Services.
  3. You shall fully indemnify, defend and hold Oneverse and its related corporations harmless from and against any and all suits, actions, judgements, damages, costs, Losses, expenses (including legal fees on a solicitors and client basis) and other liabilities arising from a breach or contravention or non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement. Once Items, credits, or services have been successfully delivered to the designated account as provided by you, Oneverse’s service obligation shall be deemed fully performed.
  4. Oneverse shall not be liable for any rejection, reversal, restriction, suspension, account ban, or other actions taken by any game publisher, platform operator, or third-party service provider, including but not limited to fraud investigations, account disputes, technical issues, or publisher policy enforcement.
  5. Any post-delivery dispute shall be solely between you and the respective game publisher or service provider, and you shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, replacement service, or credit from Oneverse.

15. DIRECT RECHARGE

  1. Please read the Items description thoroughly and confirm that the game name, server, game user id, character name, Account and the amount purchased, i.e. information, are correct before providing us your confirmation or making your purchase.
  2. If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
  3. Oneverse assumes no liability for wrong purchases made by you due to negligence and/or false/wrong information provided, which may result in damages/ Losses/wrong recharge. By purchasing any Items from the Platform, you understand, acknowledge and accept that Oneverse is released from any liability to you.
  4. After payment is confirmed, you may check the received Virtual Items directly in the corresponding app, games or platforms account.
  5. If the Virtual Items are not received, you may refresh the corresponding app, games or platform account. If the Virtual Items are not received within 30 minutes of approved payment, please contact our customer service.
  6. Oneverse shall not be liable to you if the game publisher refuses to credit your app, games or the Platform because of an ongoing dispute, negligence or fraud issue between you and the game publisher.

16. GENERAL

  1. Oneverse shall be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of the Platform's in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to an event or failure which is beyond Oneverse's reasonable control or it arising as a result of your fault, negligence or breach.
  2. Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under this Agreement shall be in writing addressed, if to Oneverse, to its registered office or principal place of business and any notice to you will be sent to your registered email address in our database or on your Account.
  3. No waiver by Oneverse of any breach of this Agreement shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. Further, Oneverse’s failure to enforce this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect Oneverse’s right later to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
  4. If any provision of this Agreement is held by any competent authority to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
  5. No person who is not a party to this Agreement (including any employee, officer, agent, representative or sub-contractor of either party) shall have any right to enforce any terms of the Agreement which expressly or by implication confers a benefit on that person without the express prior agreement in writing of the parties.
  6. Notwithstanding Clause 14.1 above, Oneverse shall be entitled to commence court legal proceedings for the purposes of protecting its Intellectual Property rights and confidential information or for a breach or non-performance by means of injunctive or other equitable relief.
  7. Oneverse may, through the Platform or by such other method of notification as Oneverse may designate, vary the terms of this Agreement, such variation shall take effect on the date Oneverse specifies through the above means. Your continuous use of the Platform and/or Services after such date, it is deemed to have accepted such variation.
  8. This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between Oneverse and you relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces in full all prior understandings, communications and agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.
  9. Oneverse reserves the right to delegate or subcontract the performance of any of its functions in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement and reserves the right to use any service providers, subcontractors and/or agents on such terms as Oneverse deems appropriate.
