Please read these ONE XP reward program terms (“ONE XP Terms) carefully. The following ONE XP Terms govern you as the loyal customer of Oneverse’s Platform and Oneverse. ONE XP Terms states how you can earn and redeem ONE XP with purchasing and participating in Oneverse programs, as well as with third party programs which have a business relationship with Oneverse on Oneverse’s Platform. By joining and participating in ONE XP , you acknowledge that you have read, accept and agrees to be bound by the ONE XP Terms and also the Agreement.
Oneverse may change this ONE XP Terms by giving you 30 days’ prior notice by posting it on this Platform. Oneverse will consider and deem that you have accepted the proposed changes if you do not terminate by giving Oneverse written notice during the notice period or the continue usage of the Platform after the notice period. Oneverse may also make some changes immediately, without prior notice, if Oneverse are required by the law or if it relates to the addition of a new service or extra functionality of the Platform and do not affect the specific terms of use on the Platform.
All ONE XP benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by Oneverse at any time without notice. Oneverse may terminate ONE XP , in whole or in part, with one (1) month advance notice to you on this Platform. At Oneverse’s sole discretion, Oneverse may choose to substitute a similar loyalty program for ONE XP at any time immediately upon notice to active you. If ONE XP is terminated, all unredeemed XP will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no claims or redemption will be honoured after the conclusion of the notice period.
As further described herein, by participating , and to the extent permitted by law, you agree to not hold Oneverse or its respective past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, equity holders, suppliers, vendors, service providers, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors and/or designees liable for any Losses or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from, or in any way connected to XP, including Losses associated with XPs earned by you.

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:
| Account | means your Basic Account or Pro Account duly registered on this Platform to facilitate your access and use of the Services available on this Platform; |
| Agreement | means the General Terms and Condition; |
| Associated Parties | means subsidiaries, associate, affiliate of Oneverse; |
| Basic Account | A standard account with a set transaction limit, accessible by all users upon registration, with standard verification requirements. |
| Intellectual Property | means all copyright, patents, utility innovations, Trade Marks and service marks, geographical indications, domain names, layout design rights, registered designs, design rights, database rights, trade or business names, rights protecting trade secrets and confidential information, rights protecting goodwill and reputation, and all other similar or corresponding proprietary rights and all applications for the same, whether presently existing or created in the future, anywhere in the world, whether registered or not, and all benefits, privileges, rights to sue, recover damages and obtain relief or other remedies for any past, current or future infringement, misappropriation or violation of any of the foregoing rights. |
| Items | means the OOC, goods and Services listed by Oneverse for sale on the Platform. |
| Losses | means all penalties, losses, settlement sums, costs (including legal fees and expenses on a solicitor-client basis), charges, expenses, actions, proceedings, claims, demands, and other liabilities, whether foreseeable or not. |
| Materials | means, collectively, all web pages on the Platform, including the information, images, links, sounds, graphics, video, software, applications, and other materials displayed or made available on the Platform and the functionalities or services provided on the Platform. |
| Mobile Credits | means mobile phone credits. |
| OneOne Credit or OOC | means the electronic credit value purchased by you and made available on your Basic Account or Pro Account. |
| ONE XP | Means the official rewards program provided on this Platform. |
| Oneverse, We, Us or Our | means Oneverse Pte Ltd, the developer and Intellectual Property rights owner of the Platform. |
| Platform | https://games.oneone.com, OneOne App (Android & iOS) and such other web platform of OneOne administered and managed by Oneverse. |
| Parties | means collectively, Oneverse and you. |
| Party | means either you or us. |
| Pro Account | means an upgraded Basic Account that provides higher transaction limits, additional services, and features, subject to verification requirements as determined by us. |
| Prohibited Material |
means any information, graphics, photographs, data and/or any other material that:

| Purchased Items | means your item listed on the Platform purchased by the Buyer. |
| Qualifying Activities | means activities which all you to earn XP as set out in Clause 3.1. |
| Services | means the services provided this Platform including, without limitation, offering for sale, selling, reselling and retailing virtual digital credits for games, virtual Items and related merchandises, games publishing, online marketplace for sale of Items, OOC, and other services which may be introduced by Oneverse. |
| Trademarks | means the trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos used and displayed on the Platform. |
| Virtual Items | means collectively, virtual in-game items and virtual currency, including, without limitation, virtual coins, OOC or points acquired. |
| XP | means OneOne Experience Points, which are earned and use in connection with the ONE XP reward program. |
| You, your, yourself | means the user of the Platform and also the OOC holder. |
| Your Credentials | means all your personal details including email and mobile number in order for Oneverse to set you an Account for you in order for you to be able to access, use or acquire OOC on the Platform. |
2.1 ONE XP is free and available to any individual who:
2.2 You are responsible for reading and understanding ONE XP Terms, Account statements, and other communications from Oneverse with regards to ONE XP in order to understand your rights, responsibilities, and status in ONE XP . If you have any questions about ONE XP , you should contact consumer care support.
2.3 You are responsible for reading the Oneverse’s Privacy Policy in order to understand how the Oneverse collects, uses, and discloses your data. If you have any questions about the Oneverse’s Privacy Policy or its collection, use, or disclosure of your data, you should contact consumer care support. You hereby agree and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Oneverse, ONE XP , and their authorized third-party agents and/or licensees in accordance with Oneverse’s Privacy Policy.
3.1 You may earn XP in your ONE XP through various activities as may be decided at the absolute discretion of Oneverse, including but not limited through the following:
Hereinafter, all these activities are referred to as “Qualifying Activities”.
3.2 The following will not qualify for XP in your ONE XP :
3.3 In order for us to record your XP, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are signed into your Account when you are doing Qualifying Activities. XP will be credited instantly upon completion of Qualifying Activities unless stated otherwise.
3.4 XP earned by you may vary depending on the Qualifying Activities and also ONE XP tier.
3.5 You are to note that XP are based in your tier multiplier. The tier based multiplier is as follows:

3.6 You will be upgraded to a different tier automatically once your XP reaches the threshold:

3.7 You must remain active in ONE XP to retain XP you have accumulate. If you are inactive or have not met the minimum requirement to remain at the tier level which you are at for any six (6) months period, you will be downgraded from an upper tier to a lower tier. You can remain active in ONE XP and retain accumulated XP by earning XP, purchasing OOC, all subject to the exceptions as may be decided by Oneverse. Upon being downgraded, your XP remains as it is you may still redeem your XP but your progress bar resets to zero per cent (0%) for the new tier cycle. The minimum requirement to remain at the tier level are as follows:

4.1 Task expiration
4.1.1 Task to gain XP may have expiration dates.
4.1.2 The task must be completed within the period set in order to qualify for XP.
4.1.3 If a task completion period has expired or ended, the expiry cannot be extended or reset, and no XP will be awarded for incomplete task or late completion.
4.2 XP Expiration

shall remain valid from the date of issuance until the termination of ONE
XP

4.3 Redemption of rewards
Rewards redeemed with XP may have expiration date, and the redeemed rewards will clearly state its
validity. Oneverse shall not be responsible to reissue reward which has been redeem and you have let it
expired.
5.1 You may redeem rewards with your XP earned under ONE XP . The list of rewards which you could redeem for may vary from time to time, and each may carry an expiration date. The redemption rewards could be vouchers, digital goods or in-game items and any other awards as may be added on by Oneverse.
5.1.1 XP may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, prizes or credit.
5.1.2 XP are valid only for use by you and reward redemption can only be done through your ONE XP and XP and ownership of your ONE XP are not transferable.
5.1.3 XP believed to have been bartered, sold, exchanged, or issued fraudulently, or issued to someone shall be void and will not be honoured.
5.2 You should ensure and be certain of what you wish to redeem your XP for. Once XP has been redeemed for any reward, the transaction is final and we are not able to reverse the redemption or refund the redemption. No exchange, returns or compensation will be provided for accidental or undesired redemptions.
6.1 Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is strictly prohibited and includes but not limited to you creating multiple accounts or manipulating the referral system to gain XP on ONE XP .
6.2 Oneverse reserve the rights to revoke any XP awarded, suspend tier status or permanently ban a user for any misuse or manipulation of our Platform.
7.1 In no event will Oneverse, Associated Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whether based in contract, tort or otherwise which arise out of or are in any way connected with ONE XP .
8.1 You use of the Platform shall be governed by the law of Singapore. Any such actions brought against Oneverse for any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to ONE XP , or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for the time being in force. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator, to be appointed by the Director of the SIAC. The place of arbitration shall be in Singapore. Any award by the arbitration shall be final and binding upon the parties.
9.1 Oneverse shall NOT be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations under this ONE XP Terms (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of the Platform's in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to an event or failure which is beyond Oneverse's reasonable control or it arising as a result of your fault, negligence or breach.
9.2 Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under this ONE XP Terms shall be in writing addressed, if to Oneverse, to its registered office or principal place of business and any notice to you will be sent to your registered email address in our database or on your Account.
9.3 No waiver by Oneverse of any breach of this ONE XP Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. Further, Oneverse’s failure to enforce this ONE XP Terms shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect Oneverse’s right later to enforce the terms of this ONE XP Terms.
9.4 If any provision this ONE XP Terms is held by any competent authority to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this ONE XP Terms and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
9.5 Oneverse shall be entitled to commence court legal proceedings for the purposes of protecting its Intellectual Property rights and confidential information or for a breach or non-performance by means of injunctive or other equitable relief.
9.6 Oneverse may, through the Platform or by such other method of notification as Oneverse may designate, vary the terms of this ONE XP Terms and such variation shall take effect on the date Oneverse specifies through the above means. Your continual use the Platform after such date, it is deemed to have accepted such variation.
9.7 This ONE XP Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Oneverse and you relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces in full all prior understandings, communications and agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.
9.8 Oneverse reserves the right to delegate or subcontract the performance of any of its functions in connection with the performance of its obligations under this ONE XP Terms and reserves the right to use any service providers, subcontractors and/or agents on such terms as Oneverse deems appropriate.
